I have been active all my life, and played collegiate soccer on a scholarship at West Virginia Wesleyan College. After I lost touch with my fitness side of my life for a few years I started my journey back to fitness. I started with diet and lifting weights and have always been a cyclist. I slowly branched into the interest of triathlon and in 2016 I signed up for my first 70.3 Race at Ironman Ohio. From there, I was bit by the triathlon bug and I have since raced 7 Ironman 70.3 races and 2 Full Ironman races in Louisville and, most recently, in Wisconsin 2021. This year I will be doing Ironman Ohio 70.3 again, and more than likely Ironman Chattanooga in September. I also plan to do some local Olympic and Sprint races, and maybe a few run races or an Ultra.
I hope to stay on the team, as I have enjoyed racing under the Flo Factory name, and look forward to doing it again in 2023.
