Only 15 years ago I came to the US from The Netherlands to study music at Indiana University. Although I had fully intended to go back to the NL right after my last recital, I met my wife 6 months into my studies and stayed (if you disregard a quite boring immigration story). Riding my bike back and forth to school 60 minutes each way every day for at least 10 years, as one does in The Netherlands, I learned to love riding in any weather. I experienced that love again when I did my first triathlon 4 years ago. 49' and rainy, it was one of the best things I'd ever done. The thrill of racing, and winning my age group, was addictive (in the best possible way). Now I have auto-qualified for the ITU world championship olympic distance 3 times and have been on the age group podium at USAT nationals. in 2018 and 2019 I raced at worlds with Team USA, and am planning to go to Edmonton in 2020. I just finished my first Ironman (IM FL 10:25:38). When I bought my first tri-bike, it had FLO wheels (60/90 with aluminum rims), and have loved their surety and speed.If you look at any of my finisherpix race pictures, you'll see them really prominently. I'd be proud to rep FLO, since I do believe in the product, and have been using these wheels for four years now.
