I am 63 years old married and have 2 grown children and 4 grandchildren. I have been running for the past 25 years and road biking for the past 10 years. Have raced in many 5K distances to full marathon distances, trail running races from 5 mile to 30 mile distances. Have mainly competed in duathlon in the bike and run events. Have ran Boston a few years back as part of my bucket list items! Continue to enjoy the competition and fellowship with other runners and bikers over the years.
