|Post-Race Drink||Two scoops of Death by Chocolate ice cream... you can drink that.... right?|
A family guy with a passion for triathlon and pushing his limits on the bike. Started racing tri’s in 1989. Raced mostly Olympic distance throughout the Maritimes in the 90’s, with the exception of Ironman Canada in 99. Dabbled in road racing in the early 2000’s, and returned to my multi-sport roots over the past few years focusing on the 70.3 distance. I have an obsession with fast wheels and have a few sets in my arsenal...in fact I may have a problem. My tri and TT wheel weaponry of choice, regardless of race distance, is the FLO Disc on the rear and the FLO 90 up front.
