|Bucket List Race||Ironman WC, Norseman XTRI, Ultraman WC|
I have been super sports interested during my whole life trying almost all the sports there are growing up (swimming, tennis, european handball, soccer, cricket etc). I didnt really do any endurance sports until my University years when ”I just had to” do try this Swedish bike race Vätternrundan (300 km). It went amazing to be a first timer and I got hooked on road biking. I continued biking lots and got into long distance races and did multiple 300km+ races with an epic 600km race biking through the night with headlamps on the Swedish country roads as the peak.
Not long after I got into Triathlon because ”how hard could it be”. Learned how to swim and did my first IM 2014. Even though the first race was super tough and I bonked big time, I fell so in love with the sport and have been hooked ever since, with biking as my biggest passion. I have completed multiple Ironman and 70.3 races both in Sweden and internationally. I have seen consistent progress since my first Ironman at 12 and now aiming for Sub 10h this year.
Actively involved in the Swedish triathlon scene. Part of one of the smaller but definitely most successful Swedish tri clubs on both AG and PRO level. I do quite a large share of my riding with others as soon as the snow gets off the streets.
I have an Engineering degree and working as a management consultant. Recently added a daughter to the family definitely making the life puzzle harder but super stoked and happy I can manage to keep training and racing and fitting it all in!
