I live at about 8,000 ft in the Rocky Mountains with my wife and two sons. I work for the National Park Service in environmental health. I'm an outdoor enthusiast who loves everything that has to do with bikes from bikepacking and MTB enduro racing to cyclocross and gravel exploring in addition to my triathlon habit. I started triathlon in 2015 and fell in love with the sport and community triathlon brings. Since then I've been training and racing in on road and off road triathlons on a regular basis. You'll almost always find me on a bike, whether that's on the trainer inside, outside on a trail, on the road, on the snow or exploring the old mining and forest service road's that spiral throughout the Rockies.
