Avid triathlete and lifetime hockey player. Married with 3 kids who support my triathlon habbit. After playing hockey up through college I gained a lot of weight by simply not being active. Triathlon helped me get my health back and now I'm a competitive age grouper chasing 70.3 world's qualifying while tackling at least a full Ironman each season.
