I have been racing triathlon for 4 1/2 years. Ninety percent of my career I was training on a frayed hamstring and now needing foot surgery for bone spurs. I am an adult onset swimmer and had NO swimming, biking or running experience until my 40’s. I am a personal trainer, group fitness instructor and a health and wellness coordinator for our local YMCA so I am surrounded and love people! I am happily married to a triathlete and a mother of two and a role model to my step son.
