Long-time Marathoner turned Triathlete. Dad of 3, including twins I feel accomplished with having made it to the start at Ironman World Championships in Kona 2022. That was a 10 year dream that finally came true. After that I qualified for Boston 20 days later at my home race the Marine Corps Marathon. Next goal is to run a sub 3hr marathon. My MCM run was a 3:01:25 unofficial time.
