Triathlete for about 18 years with a recent comeback in 2016. Coaching now for triathlon, cycling, and both road and trail racing for nine years with USAT Level 2 certification. I have a small team of about 35 athletes-age group at both short and long course in Colorado but have athletes in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Maryland, New Jersy, Oklahoma and two athletes over seas in Germany and Poland. Been to Age Group Nats three times, ITU Worlds in 2019, acheived All American Status in 2021 for USAT rankings, but also broadened my horizons by racing gravel and road again. I served as a guide for a blind rider in Europe in May touring Sicily. I won the overall women's short course 50k at Garmin Gravel Worlds in August 2022 as well as age group at Open Range in the 70ish mile division in April, placed top ten at FOCO. I am also trying Cycle Cross this year for the first time. Hoping to add a few more gravel events for 2023, will be attending Bermuda in November for ITU World triathlon, perhaps the team race in February, as well as AGNATS for USAT. Big goals. Broad horizons. Meanwhile trying to persuade my crew to also try new things.
