U.S. Army Officer. w/ wife, daughter, and son. Competed in triathlon for 15 years. Completed 2 x 1/2 IM, most recently AZ 70.3 in 2019 before the ‘Rona hit.
Often in job with mandated AM physical training, so can't train for long distances with regularity. Focus is more on sprint/olympic, due to time constraints. 2x National Age Group qualifier.
Been riding FLO 30s and a 60/90 set-up since 2014.
Living in Italy as of August 2021. Races within my skillset/training capability are limited here, but ride and rep the wheels regularly.
