Competitive age group triathlete and a high school teacher of Engineering & Graphics. I love the active lifestyle and use my lifestyle as a way to encourage my students to part take in cycling, triathlon and atlethics. I coach the atlethics team in school and currently hold 4*100 all Ireland relay champs. I play an active roll on my local triathlon club where I'm race director for your annual duathlon.
Qualified for challenge championship last year. Did my first ironman in cork last year also and placed 51st overall.
