Triathlete since 2011, started during my Peace Corp service on the island of Grenada. Proud owner of a few sets of Flo wheels; original disk, set of 90s, and a front 60 (all stealth red). Mechanical engineer in the aerospace field. A few top 20 finishes; best finish was 4:40 12th overall at Firm Man half in Narragansett in 2012. Finished a few iron distance races too (12 hrs in 2012 Chesapeake Man and 14 hrs at Challenge Atlantic City in 2014). Since then I got married and haven’t come close since to beating that half time.
I also make wine in my spare time and play piano and guitar. Hoping to grace the podium a few more times as an AG.
