I'm a librarian who loves to cycle. Was much more competitive 30 years ago (VA State ITT Champion was my highlight), but I still enjoy riding of most kinds. Have been running for a few years now to help with fitness over the long winter. Family man with two lovely daughters and two lovely dogs.
