I live in the Florida Keys and swim, bike and run. I'm a former triathlete who took a decade-long detour into ultramarathons after being hit by a car while biking. Following yet another overuse injury in early 2021, I rekindled my love for swimming and biking and am starting to dip my toe back into the triathlon world.
