I´m a Mexico based sports nutritionist and amateur triathlete since 2008 and mom of two. I have had the privilege to qualify to the ITU Age Group World Championship on several occasions. Currently I´m top 10 of the national ranking of my age group. I have the pleasure of having my sport become part of my job as a sports nutritionist, so basically my life is surrounded by runs, joyous rides and a lot of fun.
