Once my kids graduated my soccer coaching skills were no longer required so my wife bought me a bike (around 5 years ago). Since then i have completed more than 10 granfondos and now focus on triathlons (I pretty much had to learn to swim). After a number of COVID and weather induced false starts I completed an Ironman 70.3 in May (Victoria) and my first Ironman in Penticton at the end of August - of course my triathlons were all completed on Flo wheels. The latest adventure : competing in the Supersprint and Standard at Multisport Age Group World Championship in Dubai - quite an experience
