Sports have always been a part of my life, but after being a college athlete I started to lose touch with my own fitness, and the importance of a healthy lifestyle all together. In April of 2019, I chose to live a completely sober life, July 2020 I decided to become an athlete again, and in 2022 I started and finished my first Triathlon at 44 years old. So many people have reached out thanking me for inspiring them, so my work is just beginning, and being part of this team is a huge step to reaching the next level of my journey.
