Receiving the gold medal for the senior category of the 2022 Canadian Armed Forces National Triathlon championship. It was a great race this year wit HHT our first return to CAF nationals since COVID began!
Just before I completed the Paris to Ancaster virtual Gravel race. 80kms which due to the pandemic delivered nice gravel courses around 80km at various ontario locations. I hope to do the real race next spring.
